IF you go down to the woods today...more than 60 children from the reception classes in Filby, Hemsby, Rollesby and Winterton Primary schools got together for a teddy bears' picnic as part of the ongoing Primary4 group of schools programme of cluster activities. The children took their teddies to Filby Primary and enjoyed a day of bear-themed activities that included going on a bear hunt, role play, making bear biscuits and playdough bears, a “teddy bear drive”, decorating picture frames and teddy bear mask-making. The main event though was the teddy bears' picnic itself that gave children and teddies the opportunity to mix with their peers from other schools. The Primary4 schools meet again at the end of term for a Cluster Fun Day.
