A Hedgehog Rescue group will be releasing up to 15 of the small mammals at Fairhaven Woodland and Water Gardens in South Walsham on April 10 and 11.
At 4pm on both afternoons the group will be releasing the hedgehogs into the woodland area - watched by all attending. All the hedgehogs have been cared for over winter by the rescue centre and were taken in for a number of reasons. None would have survived the winter without the care they have received.
The Norwich rescue group will attend from 10am through to 5pm on both days, with fundrasing stalls such as a tombola, raffle, bric-a-brac and collectibles, book stall etc etc.
There will also be an information stand and members will be available to give advice to anyone regarding hedgehogs.
