Thirty skaters from the Great Yarmouth-based club made their way to the Nationals held at the UEA, where they competed in figures, free and combined in different levels and age groups from novice under nine’s all the way up to Bronze standard.

Their efforts saw them win 32 medals with seven combined national titles being brought back to the coast. A spokesman said it was an “excellent achievement” meaning the majority of the British and national 2016 titles are currently held by members of the Retroskate club, which is the largest of its kind in the UK.
