The owners of a missing dog which was last seen by the beach at Winterton nearly two months ago have issued a desperate plea for information about a couple who may have him.

Rio, a pointer, went missing on March 18 leading to a search involving a drone and plane flying overhead, two volunteer searches and the involvement of Dog Lost website.

His owners are French and were on holiday at the time.
