Ongoing drainage works in Old Road, Acle have been delayed by one week and should now be completed on November 4.
The road resurfacing operations between Boat Dyke Lane and Hermitage Close will now start on Monday, November 7 and will be carried out overnight from 7pm to midnight and will take five nights.
During the resurfacing the road will be closed to all through traffic each night. A fully signed diversion via the A47, A149 Caister, A1064 Filby and Fleggburgh will be in place each night for the duration.
Access to businesses and properties within the limits of the works will be maintained from one end of the closure at any time but it is inevitable there will be some disruption.
