ROADS were blocked off around Yarmouth's Queen's Road this afternoon after a domestic gas pipe leak.
Firefighters were called to a gas pipe in an alley in Queen's Road at about 1.20pm after residents noticed a smell of gas.
The fire crews stemmed the gas leak and then handed over the incident to Transco engineers.
Police closed off part of Queen's Road, Exmouth Road and Blackfriars Road during the leak.
