Robbers stole cash and Ipod

Two thugs grabbed and robbed a 21-year-old woman as she walked alone near the Yarmouth Racecourse on Thursday night.

The woman was seized by the scruff of the neck and threatened after she was approached by the men in Jellicoe Road at about 11.

The woman was seized by the scruff of the neck and threatened after she was approached by the men in Jellicoe Road at about 11.30pm.

Her attackers, who are described as being of Middle Eastern appearance, stole an Ipod and £90 in cash.

The first robber was about 5ft 7in and wore a black tracksuit top with a distinctive Nike and a number 90 logo. The other wore a blue anorak and a grey baseball cap.
