Chums of a tragic schoolgirl were among those supporting a weekend of fundraising aimed at honouring her memory.
Louis the Lion from Vauxhall Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth joined in on Sunday's seafront pyjama fun run, attracting more donations for road safety charity Brake as the group went along the seafront.
A raft of events including stitch-up karaoke and live music were organised in memory of 12-year-old Kristine Errington whose life was taken by a motorist who mounted the pavement as she walked towards the holiday park where her mother Pauline Levers still works.
To mark the six year anniversary of her death tomorrow her mother's husband Craig Levers is aiming to trounce his fear of heights with a sponsored tandem skydive.
The holiday park also donated �100 to the charity pot.
Mrs Levers said: “The weekend went very well and the weather was very good to us on the Sunday for the fun run.”
Mrs Levers attended the 80s charity disco held at the Golfers Arms on Friday where she spotted several of Kristine's friends.
"It was really nice to see them and how they've grown up."
She added: "I would like to say how grateful we are to everyone who donated prizes and supported the weekend."
