VISITORS to Great Yarmouth Market Place were treated to some beach-themed entertainment this afternoon.
For while the puppet man, guitar buskers and country and western singers were nowhere to be seen, a Romanian sand artist stood in their place.
Adrian Stanescu, 14, said he made his first sand sculpture just a year ago, but he drew small crowds with his detailed dog designs.
He used a bottle of water to wet the sand and stop it from crumbling, and his upturned cap was brimming with change from impressed bystanders.
