More than 100 scarecrows took a break from frightening birds to entertain residents and visitors to Martham, near Yarmouth, at the weekend. The second scarecrow festival saw dozens of straw creations created and decorated by villagers and placed in residential gardens and on the central green to form a rail around the village.
More than 100 scarecrows took a break from frightening birds to entertain residents and visitors to Martham, near Yarmouth, at the weekend.
The second scarecrow festival saw dozens of straw creations created and decorated by villagers and placed in residential gardens and on the central green to form a rail around the village.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the St Mary's church hall restoration fund.
