Latest scheduled roadworks repair dates and sites:

REPPS

Work will begin on March 22 to carry out a series of repairs on A149 Main Road, Repps with Bastwick. The site will extend from Martham crossroads westwards for a distance of approximately 700 metres. The £19,000 work will be carried out during restricted working hours 9am to 4pm and will take up to two days to complete.

During the work, traffic will be controlled using single lane closures with Stop/Go boards and a convoy vehicle as necessary. Access to businesses and properties will be maintained but there will be some disruption.

FLEGGBURGH

Work will begin on March 18 to carry out road resurfacing works on A1064 Billockby Bends, Fleggburgh. The site will extend from a point adjacent to High House Farm eastwards for approximately 100 metres. The work will be carried out overnight under restricted working hours 7pm to 7am and will take one night to complete.

During the resurfacing works it will be necessary to close the site to all through traffic. A fully signed diversion via A1064, B1152 Repps with Bastwick and A149 Ormesby St Michael will be place.

Access to businesses and properties will be maintained from one end of the closure.

The work which will cost £18,000.

BRADWELL

Work will begin on Saturday, March 12 to carry out road resurfacing works on the A143 Beccles Road, Bradwell at the junction with Crab Lane. The site will extend from Busseys Loke to Crab Lane and approximately 70 metres into Crab Lane. The works will be carried out during normal working hours 7am to 7pm and should be completed the following day.

During the works it will be necessary to close Beccles Road and the junction with Crab Lane to all through traffic. A fully signed diversion via A143 Beccles Road, B1534 (A143–A12 New Link Road) and A12 Lowestoft Road will be in place. Access to businesses and properties will be maintained from one end of the closure at all times.
