Oriel Specialist Mathematics and Computing College closed on Wednesday last week after cases of the bug among teachers and pupils rocketed despite the school following advice from the Environmental Health Protection Agency regarding cleaning and hygiene.
It had been hoped to finish a deep clean using bleach in time to reopen tomorrow, but head teacher Paul Butler said the school would now be reopening on Monday.
