A SPEEDING mobility scooter user, who caused chaos at a supermarket, has been handed an �80 fine after causing criminal damage.
The 32-year-old man sped down an aisle in Tesco, narrowly missing a small child before being abusive towards staff at the Norwich store, who asked him to slow down.
He was seen to drive at the barriers at the front of the store, causing damage before being detained by store security yesterday morning
