A second attempt to put a mobile home on a farm site at Scratby is poised to succeed.
The applicant maintains that living away from Page's Farm will put in jeopardy expensive new poly tunnel crops where small changes in temperature could be disastrous.
Earlier this year officers decided that the need to live on site rather than in a nearby village had not been demonstrated.
This time they are advising a temporary approval for three years saying they have been persuaded a worker needs to be “readily available at most times.”
