PARALYMPICS shot put star Danny Nobbs has thrown his weight behind a charity providing financial advice to disabled people.The wheelchair-using 17-year-old, who competed at the Beijing Paralympics, has become a patron of Dial in Great Yarmouth, which handles 300 inquiries a month, including welfare benefit advice, debt management and finding disabled-friendly holiday accommodation.

The wheelchair-using 17-year-old, who competed at the Beijing Paralympics, has become a patron of Dial in Great Yarmouth, which handles 300 inquiries a month, including welfare benefit advice, debt management and finding disabled-friendly holiday accommodation. He said: “Dial has offered a lifeline to people with disabilities for more than 20 years and it offers friendly, clear and constructive advice for those facing financial hardship.”
