DAZZLING gymnastics, colourful costumes, Punch and Judy and the bustle of a 400-strong crowd, created a party atmosphere at a carnival in Southtown at weekend. Families from communities in Cobholm, Southtown and Halfway House descended on the event despite the showery weather, which raised more than �1,000 for charity.
