Parents were invited into Southtown Infant School this week to take part in book activities as part of the school's Story Telling Week. Literacy co-ordinator, Susan Miles, was delighted with the turnout as 60 families came in to join their children.
Parents were invited into Southtown Infant School this week to take part in book activities as part of the school's Story Telling Week. Literacy co-ordinator, Susan Miles, was delighted with the turnout as 60 families came in to join their children. Activities included reading stories together, making bookmarks, designing book posters, creating collages and puppet making.
