LAST week the children of Southtown Infant School took part in a balloon race. Every child attached a label to a helium balloon with their name on it and details of the school. The children have tried to guess where their balloon will end up. It was a really windy day and the balloons looked so bright and colourful as they were released. So far, balloons have been found in Woodbridge, Aldeby, Colchester, Chelmsford and London. But the balloon which travelled the furthest was found in France!
