THIRTEEN people attended a special course designed for parents to develop skills relating to parenting, adapted to meet the needs of those working with children.
The 10-week course for Early Years workers was held at the Seagulls Sure Start Children's Centre, Gorleston
Course facilitator, Charlotte Mayers, said: “This is only the second time we have run the course and as far as we are aware we are the only provider in the area for this course for Early Years staff.”
Those on the course were rewarded with a certificate presentation and Charlotte added: “We are very proud of their achievements and they all agreed they would like to see it featured locally to encourage other Early Years staff to attend the next course which begins in September. “
