ST Nicholas Priory Junior School held its Summer Fayre in the school grounds last week. The weather held out long enough to enable pupils and parents to enjoy a variety of activities including donkey rides, bouncy castle, swing boats, ice cream, jumble stalls, plate smashing, tin can alley, cake stalls and face painting. When the rain set in later in the afternoon, many people stayed to enjoy a music performance by teaching staff Mr Little, Mr Yaxley and Mr Midmore. Funds raised are to be donated to the school's twin school St Jude's in Zimbabwe.
