Classic cars and limousines vied for space on the school playground alongside a speed boat and an army truck as pupils celebrated their last day in style. Alongside the more traditional modes of transport pulling into Stalham High School last Thursday to drop the year 11 students off for their leavers' day, were a lifeguard truck and an army vehicle.

As well as arriving in style, the year 11s were also treated to a party with a cake, and then in the afternoon a formal prize-giving ceremony, recognising their work and time at the school.

In the evening there was a hog roast during which the teachers waited on the teenagers. There was also an alternative awards ceremony for the pupils, giving out awards such as student with the best bling and student most likely to get married first.
