JOBS with a new fashion outlet opening at a Great Yarmouth department store attracted more than 300 applicants.
The Quiz clothing concession will open at Palmers branches in Yarmouth and Lowestoft in the next few weeks.
Applications have now closed and bosses at the family owned retailer say they were overwhelmed with response to advertisements in the Yarmouth Mercury and Advertiser.
Palmers' director Stuart McGee said: “To have 300 people reply to the advertisement was quite exceptional. The positions are now filled, but I would like to thank everyone who applied.
“Quiz is young women's clothing brand that has not been available in Yarmouth previously and will broaden our appeal with fashion conscious shoppers.”
