A MAN arrested following the death of a father of four, from Haddiscoe, will not be facing charges police announced today.Roy Haynes, 58, died in the driveway of his Rectory Road home on Friday, July 18 despite attempts by paramedics to save him.
A MAN arrested following the death of a father of four, from Haddiscoe, will not be facing charges police announced today.
Roy Haynes, 58, died in the driveway of his Rectory Road home on Friday, July 18 despite attempts by paramedics to save him.
The 20 year old man had remained on police bail after being released without charge following his arrest on suspicion of murder.
There no evidence that anyone else was involved in Mr Haynes death according to Police. A file is being prepared by the investigation team for coroner William Armstrong.
