The teenager was walking home from school when he was approached by two males who stopped him on Marlborough Terrace and asked him for the time. The men then demanded his mobile phone and threatened to stab him, although no knife was seen.

The men stole the mobile phone and walked off down an alleyway behind Marine Parade heading north. Prior to the robbery two males matching the description of the suspects were seen inside the Leisureland Amusement arcade.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may recognise the two men in the photograph or who may have noticed anything suspicious in the area between the times stated.
