BUSINESSES across Great Yarmouth are being invited to take part in a seminar exploring ways in preventing, handling and recovering from a terrorist attack.
Project Argus is a National Counter Terrorism Security Office initiative which takes businesses through a simulated terrorist attack.
The multi-media simulation raises a series of questions and challenges for local businesses to consider. All employers have a duty of care and attendance at this event will inform your risk management and business continuity planning.
Project Argus has been very well received in other towns around our region and the rest of the UK and this event is being run in partnership with Great Yarmouth Borough Council, Norfolk Constabulary, Norfolk County Council and Norfolk Major Incident Team (NORMIT).
The event will be at the Assembly Room at the Town Hall in Yarmouth on Thursday, June 19, starting at 9am and lasting for around three hours.
Refreshments will be provided.
