Thieves target farms

THIEVES broke into a number of farm buildings in the Sea Palling area overnight this week.

Police are seeking witnesses to the burglaries, which took place on Wednesday and Thursday.

THIEVES broke into a number of farm buildings in the Sea Palling area overnight this week.

Police are seeking witnesses to the burglaries, which took place on Wednesday and Thursday.

Sgt Gary Read, of Stalham Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “We would like to hear from anyone who saw people acting suspiciously around local outbuildings overnight.

“We would also urge residents to ensure their outbuildings are securely locked and make regular checks of premises to deter opportunist thieves.”
