A Gorleston youngster has found some new causes to support and is hosting regular garden sales at her home.

Tia Hutchison has raised thousands of pounds for charities with her Tia’s Treasures jewellery making enterprise and has now launched an appeal called Beads and Bears.

She is asking for cuddly toys on behalf of James Sinclair who holds regular teddy tombolas in memory of his young son Dylan, and has so far collected five sacks full. Dylan died on March 21, 2015, Tia’s 10th birthday.

Meanwhile 30kg of beads have also been donated allowing Tia to continue to make her key-rings, bracelets and charms raising money for deserving causes and individuals.

Raising money is family affair for Tia and her four brothers of University Crescent who hope to find premises to help them stage a regular event selling her treasures and creating sand art and pictures with Bee Happy UK for which mum Lisa has become a consultant.

Tia set up the charity when she was just six and has recently donated to James Paget League of Friends and East Coast Hospice shop. Visit www.TiasTreasures.net
