A PENSIONER became trapped under the wheel of a tractor yesterday as he tried to tow a boat into the sea.
Fire, police and an ambulance were called out to Ostend Road when the 70-year-old's foot got caught at about 1.15pm.
The air ambulance also began making its way to the scene but was stood down. The patient did not need to be taken to hospital.
The fire crew from Stalham used air bags to raise the tractor and had released the pensioner's foot within 25 minutes.
