Emergency services were called to deal with a crash at Old Road in Acle shortly after 5.30am today.
The crews from Acle and Great Yarmouth used hydraulic equipment to rescue a man from the scene near the Bridge Inn and Hermitage marshes.
The crash, which involved a large vehicle and a Vauxhall Tigra, caused the closure of the A1064 between the A47 Acle roundabout and Stokesby New Road.
The road re-opened just after 10.30am, but police warned drivers there could still be delays.
