LINDA Pitcher, a branch office administrator (BOA) based at the Edward Jones branch in High Street, Gorleston, was one of only five people from the UK to be invited to the managing partner's BOA conference held at Edward Jones' US headquarters in St Louis.
Linda, along with the other Edward Jones delegates, were invited from the top scoring branches as a result of a company-wide JD Power Client Service Excellence survey.
During the three-day conference, Mrs Pitcher and the other delegates from the US and Canada had the opportunity to meet their counterparts, listen to motivational speakers, share ideas and personally meet Edward Jones managing partner, Jim Weddle.
Said Mrs Pitcher: “I was delighted to have been chosen to attend the special conference as a direct result of the high quality service we give to our clients. For them to give good feedback means a great deal, and my financial adviser Lee Simpson and I will endeavour to increase this level of service.”
