Wallet stolen during burglary at Great Yarmouth home

Police are appealing for information after a wallet was stolen during a burglary at a home in Great Yarmouth.

It happened at an address in Olive Road around on Wednesday.

A woman was awoken by the sound of breaking glass and a short time later the burglar opened the door to her bedroom. As soon as he saw her, he left.

A wallet, containing cash and cards, appears to be the only item that was stolen.

Police are asking anyone who may have been in the area around this time to come forward. Anyone with information should call DC Gavin Rivett on 101
