POLICE are reminding motorists to remove valuables from display following a theft in Great Yarmouth.

The incident happened between 8.30pm on Monday and 8am on Tuesday, where offenders smashed the window of a vehicle parked on Pier Place, Great Yarmouth, and stole a sat nav from within.

Officers are advising people to pay extra attention to vehicle security during spring and summer months, and advising all valuables are removed from parked cars, including sat nav cradles.
