The 17-year-old male was given the section 59 warning after he was seen doing the hand brake turn in Mill Lane, Bradwell, near Great Yarmouth.
He was issued the warning after he performed the hand brake turn on Friday, January 8.
Under the warning if the driver is caught driving irresponsibly in the next 12 months his car could be crushed.
It is the second irresponsible driving warning that the Bradwell safer neighbourhood team have issued this month.
