BURGLARS stole a white “Beko” washing machine, two brown leather sofas, a black DVD player, 37 inch TV and jewellery from a Gorleston flat.
The incident happened in Westbrook Avenue between 9am on January 14 and 9pm on January 17.
The resident, who had been away for a few days, had returned to her property, a ground floor flat, to find that the back door in the kitchen had been left unlocked with the keys in.
The jewellery haul included two gold rings and three gold chains.
