A weight loss consultant has been recognised for helping more than 150 people to shed excess pounds.

Danielle Walker-Hodgson, who runs the Caister Morning Slimming World group, was presented with a Gold Award at the organisation’s annual national awards ceremony in Birmingham.

The accolade recognises Danielle’s success rate with her group and willingness to go the extra mile for her members.

She said: “I’m delighted to have received this Gold Award. I truly love my job and I feel so passionate about helping people to change their lives by losing weight.

“Seeing them achieve their dreams is so rewarding and being given this recognition really is the icing on the cake. In 2018 alone so far, the group has lost 224 stone.”

The Caister Morning group is held every Wednesday at 8.00am, 10.00am or 12.00pm at The Centurion.

To join, drop into a class or call Danielle on 07734945337.
