Sixty Wellbeing of Women guests enjoyed an evening’s greyhound racing in the executive lounges at Yarmouth Stadium recently.

The event helped raise more than £1,000 towards supporting research nationwide into women’s health issues and childbirth. The total was further boosted by £140, the proceeds from a raffle held on the night.

Formed in 1971, the Great Yarmouth Wellbeing of Women branch’s sponsored greyhound race night was their 35th such event, with ten of the greyhound races sponsored.
