With Easter approaching, along with eggs, bunnies and hot cross buns there will also be changes to bin collections in Great Yarmouth.

While there will be no changes to bin collections in the week beginning Monday, April 10, the following week there will be the week beginning Monday, April 17.

There changes are as follows (the first date being your normal collection date and the second your new date):

• Monday, April 17 > Tuesday, April 18

• Tuesday, April 18 > Wednesday, April 19

• Wednesday, April 19 > Thursday, April 20

• Thursday, April 20 > Friday, April 21

• Friday, April 21 > Saturday, April 22

No other collection dates will be affected.

In a post on the GYBC Rangers and Recycling, a spokesman joked: “No excuses for not putting your bin out on the right day.”

They also wished everyone a Happy Easter.
