The Billy Fury in Thoughts of You Fan Club meets at the Gallon Pot in Great Yarmouth on Saturday, September 17, 4pm to 9pm with live music, Billy on screen and merchandise and a raffle. Entry is £2.

Manta’s Party Boutique on Haven Bridge and Seaview Guesthouse, Great Yarmouth are holding a charity fundraiser on September 8 from 7pm to 9pm at Gorleston Social Club. The event is raising money for the indoor market traders following the devastating fire in Regent Road.

A raffle and auction will be held on the night as well as prize bingo which is £5 per team, maximum six members. There are 16 tables available and winner receives 50pc. The Lawns, housing with care, in Caister Road, Great Yarmouth, holds its Summer Fete on Sunday, September 11 at 2pm, with everyone welcome. All proceeds will go to the Tenants Amenity fund

After another successful summer run, St George’s Theatre’s summer show One Day More, produced by Strictly Theatre Co, comes to an end on September 12. Starring a cast of eight singers and six dancers, the show features hits from such musicals as West Side Story, Les Miserables, Oklahoma, Chicago, Oliver and many more. The show runs for two hours and includes a interval halfway through.
