The Gorleston-on-Sea Heritage Group (GOSH) has announced the judging results for its annual festive window display awards.
The overall winner was the Gorleston High Street butcher’s shop Keith’s.
GOSH Chairman Les Cockrill and vice chairman Violet Bell presented the trophy and certificate to the team at Keith’s. The runners up were Catrina’s Bridalwear, Barnardo’s charity shop and St John Ambulance whose Beavers Group had created an impressive display in the windows of their Baker Street headquarters.
Through the dedication of its 20 members, Gosh has managed to put on countless exhibitions, publish three books and unearth hundreds of historic gems.
The group meets in the Macey Room of the Shrublands Youth and Adult Centre 10am to noon on the second Tuesday of the month, except in January and August.
