A pair of aerobatic planes have practised their looping manouevres over the Great Yarmouth seashore.
The Wildcats will be performing on both days of the air show and onlookers were treated to a billowing appetiser during the “recce”.
The planes could be seen soaring above the Outer Harbour and along the Golden Mile and turning upside down over the Britannia Pier.
Al Coutts, one of the pilots from the Norfolk-based team, said the flight was a fact-finding mission.
He said: “We like to recce places where possible and especially new venues. It reveals things you cannot see from maps and satellite images, like spotlights on tall poles at the Outer Harbour.
“We are really excited about the show at Great Yarmouth which has got a fantastic line-up of displays.”
The Tigers Army Parachute Display team, The Blades, and the Bremont Great War Display Team will also perform at the show.
