CHILDREN from Winterton Primary School and Nursery, along with parents and their headteacher, braved the wintry weather to attend the opening of the Lottery funded “Breathing Place” at the National Trust's Horsey Windpump. As part of this Extended School activity, the children helped trust volunteers plant a tree and explored the windpump with trust warden Steve Prowse. Headteacher Richard Endall is planning to extend the relationship with the National Trust property through their Guardianship Scheme.
