The children presented an assembly to the rest of the school about where our energy comes from, how it is in danger of running out and how we can use renewable energy sources in the future. They also spent the week monitoring each room in the school, giving awards for such energy-saving measures as turning off electrical equipment when not in use and keeping windows closed and heaters turned down. The Energy Busters definitely made a difference as overall energy consumption in the school fell during the week.
