A pedestrian was hurt when she was hit by a car while crossing the road.
The woman was struck by a silver Vauxhall Astra at the Jellicoe Road junction with Caister Road.
Police and ambulance were called at 6.12pm yesterday evening (Monday), and the road was closed for two hours.
Traffic was diverted via Jellicoe Road and Fremantle Road behind the racecourse, taking around 45 minutes.
The woman was taken to the James Paget University Hospital in Gorleston.
Her injuries are not thought to be serious.
