Woman in phone box assault

A 19-YEAR-old woman was pushed into a phone box after she was verbally abused by another woman.

The victim had been standing near the phone box on the junction of Market Gates and Market Place, on South Market Road, Yarmouth, when she approached by the woman.

The victim had been standing near the phone box on the junction of Market Gates and Market Place, on South Market Road, Yarmouth, when she approached by the woman.

She was verbally abused and was pushed, causing her to fall into the phone box.

Anyone with information about the incident, which happened around 2pm on Monday, June 15, should contact PC Craig Bean at Yarmouth police station on 0845 456 4567 or anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
