Woman taken to hospital following two car accident in Hickling

Fire crews from Stalham and Martham attended an accident between Sea Palling and Hickling this morning, where one casualty was trapped in her vehicle.

Emergency services were called at 10.08am to Hickling Road, near Lound Farm, where they found two Peugeot vehicles; one blue and one silver, which had been involved in a collision.

One female was trapped in a vehicle due to mechanical failing and she was freed using hydraulic equipment. She was treated on the scene for minor lower back pain, and taken then taken to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital for further assessment.
