PUPILS from Woodlands Middle School pictured here have received awards for their performance in their mathematics SAT exams last year. All the pupils scored more than 90pc in their test, with several of them achieving 100pc in at least one of the three papers.
Teachers said the results represented the hard work, dedication and excellent attitude shown by the pupils.
Adam, pictured in the centre of the front row, achieved 100pc overall in mathematics and was awarded Woodlands Middle School's trophy for his achievements. Although pupils sat their SATs last year, their achievements were recognised in a celebratory assembly last term. About 50 parents and relatives attended the event along with staff and governors.
