The children at Wroughton Junior school celebrated World Book Day on Thursday by making Crazy Hats that characterised their favourite literary person or animal. A great day was had in school by all year groups. Mrs Uebergang, the Literacy Co-ordinator said it was a great fun way to celebrate World Book Day and the children had each put in a lot of time and thought to their hats. She said they were looking forward to the next special event which was a sponsored race on the school grounds for Sport Relief.
