THE world's largest football shirt is winging its way to Great Yarmouth to be signed by fans as part of national journey before being presented to the England team.

Measuring 50ft in length, it will be laid outside the Fisherman's Hospital on the Market Place, with the mayor signing it at 1pm.

The shirt has already been on HMS Kent, down the side of Blackpool Tower and to No 10 Downing Street.

It was unveiled in September in September after England beat Croatia 5-1 to secure their place at the World Cup.
