It was Book Week at Wroughton Infant School, with a packed week of activities, culminating in a “Dress Up as a Book Character” day on Friday.
Booster Cushion Theatre Group put on a very funny performance of “Little Red Riding Hood & Friends”. The children in Reception walked to Gorleston library and the children from Years 1 & 2 were visited by Peter Ransome from the library, who read them some stories.
All the teachers swapped classes during the week, to read stories to children from different year groups. The Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and office staff joined in too. The children all agreed it has been a very good week at school.
