THE whole of Wroughton Junior School took part in this year's Harvest Festival. The children had donated a fantastic amount of food which was taken at the end of the Festival by the Salvation Army who had kindly agreed to take the Harvest Service in the main hall last Thursday. The stage was full of tinned goods, fresh produce and pasta goods which formed part of the stage display of a scarecrow, with a very familiar face(!), and several large black crows. There was a blindfold fruit-tasting competition, lively singing and a lovely food poster display area by Year 3 pupils.
